Nathan at First In contacted me and attracted my attention very quickly with the service levels they could offer at competitive rates and how they are specialists in recruitment within the Hospitality Sector.
I had a couple of vacancies at the time including a Restaurant Manager vacancy that I was having difficulty filling! Within a week, Nathan had put forward 3 good CV's and we interviewed all 3 candidates, one of which went on to get the job and is as happy with us as we are with him.
In addition, I felt it was very refreshing when Matt, our new Restaurant Manager received a phone call from Nathan to see how he was settling in. I thought this was a nice follow-up and added that personal touch.

I only happened to use First In as I received a phone call to let me know about their services and had a few vacancies for Chefs at the time.  Having already logged the vacancies with three other agencies at the time, and having had no response from them I thought it was worth a try.
Robert had arranged four interviews for me within 24 hours of logging the vacancies and has continued to provide me with quality candidates for all vacancies logged since in amazing time.

The team at First In have helped immensely with our recruitment programme at Chaophraya Restaurant with Chefs right the way through to General Managers. They had a bit more of a task with Chaophraya being a Thai restaurant and Thai staff to recruit, as this involved them hunting around the world....but they did it and opened up a lot of doors for us and a new fresh channel of recruitment.
